Running your first backyard? Backyard keeps every loop, break, and start on schedule.
Before the race, choose your units, loop distance, time window, and optional loop goal. Keep haptics on for countdown cues. Auto Loop banks at the measured distance; turn it off when the official line decides.
The main screen shows loop time, distance, average pace, current heart rate, average speed, and your projected break. The rim tracks distance and turns red when the cutoff is at risk.
Bank a loop manually from Controls, or let Auto Loop bank it at the set distance. The break countdown and haptics tell you when to prepare and start again.
Finish saves the workout. Discard removes the current race. Results show your banked loops, distance, and total time.
Let your Apple Watch handle the loop clock, the break countdown, and the next start.
